The platform · the whole plant, one system

Not twelve tools. One operating system for the plant.

Most plants run quality on a spreadsheet, maintenance on another, suppliers in email, and compliance in a binder. QuaBook is the single system underneath all of it — 40+ modules across nine areas of the operation, every one reading and writing the same live data.

The system map

Every function on the floor, under one login.

This is the whole platform — the same nine areas your plant already runs, just no longer scattered across paper, spreadsheets, and disconnected apps.

One data model

One entry. Every module updates.

The reason it's a platform and not a folder of apps: there's a single record underneath everything. A QC reading logged at the line isn't copied into five systems — it is the same record the lot, the compliance file, and the AI all read. No integrations to maintain, no double entry, no version that's out of date.

No double entry — capture once, it's everywhere
No integration glue — nothing to sync or break

Supply chain & inputs

Nothing enters the plant unapproved.

Supplier approval, certificates of analysis, and raw-material lots live in the same system as the QC that depends on them. A COA that's missing or expired blocks the lot at receipt — before it ever reaches a line.

The facility program

The whole prerequisite program, on a schedule.

Maintenance, calibration, environmental monitoring, cleaning, and pest control are what auditors check first — and what usually lives on a wall calendar. QuaBook runs them as scheduled, evidenced programs that flag overdue items before they become findings.

QC release gates

Nothing ships until it's released.

A finished lot can't move to shipment while a required check is open, a deviation is unresolved, or it's past shelf life. The release gate is a hard stop the floor can't click past — so a hold is enforced by the system, not by someone remembering.

Beyond your four walls

Your customers and suppliers, inside the same system.

Every product carries a spec per customer — its own variables and release criteria, versioned and signed off. The people you ship to and buy from get a portal each, so approvals and documents happen in QuaBook instead of email threads.

One platform, every seat

The same source of truth, from the line to the boardroom.

Role-based access means each person sees their work — not a firehose. The data is shared; the view is theirs.

Operator

on the line

Their due checks, checklists, and shift handover on a big-tap kiosk. Logs what they did; nothing else to learn.

QC manager

quality desk

Live SPC, deviations, CAPA, release gates, and the sample room — the whole quality program in one place.

Plant director

the floor

OEE, yield, on-time, and the action queue across every line — what needs a decision, surfaced first.

Auditor

read-only

A scoped, evidence-only view — readiness by standard, records on demand, no ability to change anything.
