Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. During the trial you have access to all core modules with a limit of 3 floor users, 15 employees, 5 machines, and 2 departments. When you're ready, enter your team size and billing kicks in automatically.

How does billing work?

You pay a $250/month platform fee that includes all core modules. On top of that, you're billed per floor user ($6/mo), per machine ($2/mo), and per department ($20/mo). Add-ons are flat monthly fees. You only pay for what you actually use — add or remove resources any time and billing adjusts on your next cycle.

Can I add modules individually?

Yes. AI Insights, Supplier QC, Compliance Suite, and WhatsApp Alerts are each independent add-ons. Toggle them on or off from your account settings at any time. They're not bundled — pick only the ones your operation needs.

How does user counting work?

QuaBook bills per floor user — anyone with login credentials who accesses the platform. Admin and manager seats are included in your platform fee. You can add or deactivate floor users any time, and billing adjusts automatically on the next cycle.

What happens when my trial ends?

If you haven't entered billing details by day 14, your account pauses — no data is deleted. Pick up right where you left off whenever you're ready to subscribe. Your trial data, configurations, and settings are all preserved.
